I am a nationally recognized speaker, author and consultant, working with individuals and groups that have a purpose for what they do and need inspiration and direction to reach new heights. One of the distinctive characteristics about me is that. "I don't just talk the talk"... I "walk the walk".

My background and understanding of the dynamics of corporate America, as geo-physicist working with oil companies, and the challenges of balancing work and life while raising a family as a single mother have made me a popular featured speaker at numerous conferences.

Yet, a pioneer at heart, I ventured into untapped ground for woman when I attended and learned from the do-ers of the Real Investment Club of Houston in Texas. That was my turning point� I started investing on part time basis and within a short time realized that working for a large Oil Company was interfering with the life I wanted to live.

Using my ability to see a problem and strategize to find a solution for organizations and individuals, I became a powerhouse in matching families with homes they could only dream of owning. Further, I was able to develop and present major project proposals before the Houston, Texas City Council on numerous occasions-serving as an expert resource.

The RICH CLUB noticed my standout abilities and elected me as president of the non-profit educational organization from 1984 to 1986. I was elected to the Board of Directors for NaREIA [The National Association of Real Estate Investors of America], as Vice President, before becoming the President in 1987.

I was the founder of a real estate investment school in Houston, Texas that trained over a 1,000 professional investors. Most of my students went on to be very successful in their investments, thanks to the interactive classes they took.

I received the Pat Callahan National Property Rights 1999 Award for the most influential real estate investor of the year.

I have appeared as a guest on many TV talk shows, including the six o�clock CBS News in Houston Texas for my part in the Whitney Neighborhood Project. I had recognized an opportunity of a lifetime and ingeniously put together a project where I partnered with several of my own students in the acquisition of 127 neglected houses at one time.

We purchased these houses valued at $4,000,000 for $1,000,000 cash [using all our own money, no banks involved]. We restored the houses up to FHA Standards and then sold them to good people... an entire neighborhood was transformed... a new crop of first time home owners were delighted... and every investor was rewarded handsomely. This was all accomplished by applying the success principles I teach.
